General Policy & Terms Used

These are the ‘Terms of Use’ for the website / web page listed above and any other web properties we own that are linked directly or indirectly from this website which from this point may be referred to as ‘the website‘. The website belongs to / is licensed to the above-listed company which from this point will be referred to as ?the company / we / us?. We may refer to you as ‘you / users / affiliates‘.

By using the website & entering our affiliate program you accept and agree to be bound and abide by the terms & conditions, privacy policy, cookie policy & earnings / results disclaimer – if you don’t agree with these terms, you must stop using our website & exit our affiliate program.

Affiliate Terms

The affiliate program is provided at the sole discretion of the company. You must adhere to the terms listed here as well as the terms of the marketplace / cart and / or any affiliate system / platform / cart / merchant we may use as a part of providing this service.

You may promote our products using the following methods:

? You may mail your own email lists where subscribers have opted-in / purchased from you.
? You may use high-quality advertising platforms such as Facebook, Google & Bing.
? You may use review videos, review pages & incentives
? You may run live broadcasts
? You may promote on social media
? Your promotions must be FTC, CAN-SPAM Act (2003), GDPR (2018) CPPA (2019) + compliant
? You must keep adequate funds in your account for refunds for up to 180 days post the sale. Affiliates with a history of high refunds / chargebacks may be disqualified from all future promotions.

You may not do the following:

? You can’t create any addons / direct integrations or modifications to our product.
? You can’t make false statements about our products.
? You must not use cheap / nuisance or hijacked traffic sources such as pop-overs / pop-unders or unauthorized overlay ads on third-party sites.
? You can’t spam, bribe, cash rebate or make any financial claims about our product.
? You must not use any negative marketing to drive traffic – specifically use words such as ‘scam’ or ‘fake’ ‘warning’ ‘do not buy’ or any other negative clickbait words.
? You must not use email where subscribers can’t unsubscribe
? You must not create ‘ourproductnamereview.xxx’ domains or similar sites
? You must not make any purchases of the product yourself using your own affiliate link – one click one sale commissions will be revoked.
? You can’t use any practices that cheapen the value of our products.
? You can’t make false claims about your bonus functionality or value.
? You must deliver your bonuses without creating complaints.
? You may not list our products on sites whose content consists entirely or significantly of advertising, without offering any other significant value to site visitors.
? You may not list our products on sites that are flagged as suspicious by one or more major spyware / malware / spam platforms.
? You may not overlay, copy/use any other affiliate / website owners promotional material / videos / copyrighted work for your own benefit.

Higher than normal refunds / chargebacks or complaints may result in a suspension / ban.
? You may not conduct your promotions in any manner that raises complaints or negatively affects the experience of any website visitor or third party.

Termination of Agreement

We run a legitimate business that truthfully represents our products / their features and benefits. We ask our affiliates to do the same. Anyone found using misleading claims / inaccurate information / false testimonials or doing anything that does not comply with FTC guidelines may have their affiliate account terminated without notice & lose all pending commissions.

Affiliates breaking these rules may be disqualified from contests, banned from promoting our products & have their commissions revoked at the sole discretion of the company.

The company reserves the right to terminate this agreement with or without compensation / payment where it feels there is a reasonable risk of loss through the affiliate’s activities and / or where the company reasonably believes the affiliate has broken any of the terms in this agreement.

Contests, Prizes & Performance Bonuses

The company reserves the right to add, withdraw or cancel commissions, contests, prizes & bonuses at any time for any reason & without notice where it feels there is a potential risk of loss. These possible losses could be as a direct result of: hacking activities, merchant processing issues, marketplace issues, conversion issues, lack of traffic, DDOS, Spam, suspicious affiliate activity, or any other activity that could be a risk to our business. Contests, prizes & bonuses are provided as ‘goodwill’ incentives only & are not a formal part of this vendor / affiliate agreement.

Limitation of Liability

In no event will the company, its directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct / indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental,  or punitive damages, including for any lost profits as a result of our termination of this agreement.

If you are dissatisfied with any part of these terms – your sole & exclusive right / remedy is to exit the affiliate program.

Hacking & Criminal Activity

The company reserves the right to prosecute & seek damages from any person who aims to harm or block the normal operation of this site by means of hacking, denial of service attacks, sending unsolicited mail, cookie stuffing, publishing false information, or any other affiliate activity that could cause us disruption of service or to issue fraudulent payments.

Affiliate Payments

Affiliate payments will be made strictly at sole the discretion of the management. The company reserves the right to apply minimum commission holds and additional clearance time for new affiliates. Payments will be made on best endeavors as per the schedule in this agreement.
