This is a ‘User Agreement’ for the product listed above which from here on may be referred to as UA. This user agreement is for product/s supplied to you for free.

You agree to hold our company harmless from any loss or liability as a result of using the product / information / training. It’s up to you to check the product is fit for your purpose & make sure you have the necessary backups of any websites you intend to use this product on.

Under no circumstances will the company be liable to any party for any direct, indirect, punitive, special, incidental, or other consequential damages arising directly or indirectly from the use of this product.

This product is supplied ?as is? and without any warranties or guarantees implied or offered. Use of this product indicates your acceptance of this condition.

Failure to read this notice does not void your agreement should you decide to use this product.

Other than any support we promised directly to you via our sales material, our company does not offer any support on this product.

Your Obligations

The company reserves the right to ask for you to present your proof of purchase/how you obtained the product at any time at its discretion. If the product is a website / webpage we ask that you add your name and your receipt number to the meta tags to comply with the license

Non-Transferable

These rights cannot be transferred or sold to any third party without our written permission.

Non-Refundable

As this product is a gift / freeware it does not form a part of any sale / contract. There is no obligation on our company under any law to refund / part refund this product.

Cancellation / Termination & End of Life

You accept that all digital products have a lifespan, may become out of date and may become incompatible or unfit for purpose because of unforeseeable third-party changes. These changes can include, operating system changes, web browser changes, coding platform limitations, new hardware requirements, antivirus / antimalware conflicts, third-party software / API / connected software platform changes, and other third-party factors out of our control. The company reserves the right to cancel, withdraw & terminate access to any such product with or without notice where the company feels the time / costs / technical challenges prove uneconomical.

Breach of Agreement

We reserve the right to cancel this agreement where we feel you have abused the rights granted to you or upon any activities that can be seen as harmful to our business / licensed / trademarked or copyrighted property.

We may seek reasonable damages allowed by law where these rights are abused.
